A coworking lounge with a long communal table, velvet sofas, and a shared kitchen in Brooklyn

Who We Serve · Coworking

Cleaning for coworking spaces where everything is shared.

Two hundred members, one kitchen, thirty phone booths, and a lobby that is also your sales floor. Coworking is the hardest space in the city to keep clean and the one where clean sells the most. Breezy runs nightly crews and day porters across Manhattan and Brooklyn coworking floors.

  • Day porter + nightly
  • Shared kitchens, handled
  • Member-ready lobby
  • W-2 crews since 2012
Who this is for

Clean is the product

A coworking member can leave next month. The kitchen, the restrooms, and the phone booths are half the reason they stay. Coworking floors need two things most offices do not: a real day porter, because the space is in use twelve hours a day, and a nightly crew that can reset a floor built for turnover.

Breezy runs both, with W-2 employees who become part of the community. Your community manager gets one number, one crew lead, and a standard that holds through the busiest Tuesday.

What goes wrong

Why members complain about cleaning.

Every community manager knows the list. Here is how we clear it.

01

The 2 p.m. restroom

Nightly cleaning cannot fix a restroom used 300 times by lunch. A porter on scheduled rounds can.

02

The shared kitchen

Everyone's dishes, nobody's responsibility. A porter runs the dishwasher and squares the counters through the day.

03

Phone booths

Thirty small rooms, each used by ten strangers a day. They get wiped down nightly, and checked by the porter.

04

Tour day

A prospective member tours at 11. The lobby, the lounge, and the first restroom they see decide the sale.

Questions

Coworking Spaces: office cleaning FAQ

Do we need a day porter or just nightly cleaning?

Most coworking floors need both. Nightly cleaning resets the space; a porter keeps restrooms, kitchens, and the lobby in shape through a twelve-hour day of member traffic. We can start with one and add the other.

Can the plan change with occupancy?

Yes. Hours-based pricing means the hours move with the floor. Fill a new suite, add hours. Lose a corporate member, drop them.

How do you handle dedicated desks?

Cleaned around members' belongings, never through them. Hot desks are fully reset every night.

Can you support our events?

Yes. Panels, happy hours, and member nights are reset the same night or first thing the next morning.

Can you send a COI to our building?

Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request, usually within a business day or two.

Are your cleaners employees or contractors?

Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. That is why a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers, and why we can be accountable for what happens in your space.
