Prices, service descriptions, availability, and scheduling on this site can change without notice. Nothing published here is an offer capable of acceptance.

The estimator on this site produces a rough monthly range from square footage and frequency alone. It is a planning tool, not a quote, and it is not binding on either of us. Real pricing follows a walk-through, where we can see your layout, traffic, finishes, and building requirements. We would rather give you an accurate number in person than an attractive one on a slider.
If you become a client
In shortThe signed agreement controls the work. This page does not.
Cleaning services are governed by the written service agreement between Breezy Cleaning NYC and your company: scope, schedule, rates, insurance, term, and termination all live there. Where that agreement and this website disagree, the agreement wins. Nothing on this site modifies it.
