Who We Serve · Medical & Healthcare
Cleaning for medical offices held to a higher standard.
Exam rooms, waiting rooms, front desks, and the restroom every patient uses. Medical and dental practices need cleaning done in the right order, with the right product, by a crew that follows the practice's own protocol. Breezy delivers it nightly across Manhattan and Brooklyn.
- Hospital-grade product
- Built to your protocol
- Trained on dwell time
- W-2 crews since 2012
Health-grade is a method, not a slogan
Medical practices are cleaned in a specific order, with specific products. Exam rooms are done surface by surface. Waiting rooms are treated as the high-traffic spaces they are. Regulated waste is left to your regulated waste vendor, and everything else is ours.
Breezy cleans medical, dental, therapy, and specialty practices across Manhattan and Brooklyn with W-2 crews trained on EPA-registered disinfectants and dwell time. A visit checklist is available on request for practices that need one.
Where general cleaners fail a practice.
A practice that has been through a general office cleaner knows these. They are why practices switch.
Wiped, not disinfected
Spraying and immediately wiping kills almost nothing. Our crews are trained to apply product to dwell time when a surface calls for it.
No record
When a patient or an inspector asks what was done last night, an answer needs to exist. We can provide a visit checklist for practices that need one.
The waiting room restroom
Used by every patient, cleaned like an office restroom. We clean it to an exam room standard instead.
The wrong product on equipment
Bleach on a dental chair or the wrong wipe on a screen costs real money. We match product to surface.
A night in a practice.
The same order every night.
Exam rooms
Surface by surface: counters, chairs, handles, switches, and equipment exteriors, in the order your protocol sets.
Waiting room and front desk
Seating, tables, check-in surfaces, pens, and door hardware wiped down. Floors done.

Restrooms to an exam room standard. Lab and prep surfaces per your protocol.
Lock-up
Supplies noted, lights, alarm, and a note for your office manager when something needs attention.
The medical office scope
Built with your office manager to your practice's protocols. Regulated waste is handled by your licensed vendor.

Medical & Healthcare: office cleaning FAQ
What disinfectants do you use in medical offices?
EPA-registered, hospital-grade disinfectants applied to their full dwell time, with a separate electronics-safe product for screens and equipment exteriors. Product sheets are available on request.
Do you handle regulated medical waste?
No. Regulated waste stays with your licensed medical waste vendor. We handle everything else, and we never touch sharps containers or red bags.
Do you document each visit?
We can. Practices that need a record get a visit checklist left for the office manager. Ask at the walk-through and we build it into the routine.
Can you do a response clean after a sick patient or staff member?
Yes. Usually the same night for existing clients. Call and we will tell you exactly when.
Can you send a COI to our building?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request, usually within a business day or two.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. That is why a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers, and why we can be accountable for what happens in your space.
Worth reading before you book
Guides from the Breezy team on what the work covers, what it costs, and how to get it right in a NYC office.

Regular cleaning vs deep cleaning: what each one covers.
Nightly cleaning is maintenance. A deep clean is a reset. Offices that confuse the two end up paying for the wrong one.

Office deep cleaning in NYC: what to expect, room by room.
You booked a deep clean. Here is what should actually happen in each room, in what order, and how to tell a real one from an expensive nightly visit.

W-2 vs 1099 cleaners: why it decides everything about your office.
Before you compare prices, checklists, or how nice the sales guy was, ask one question. The answer tells you who will actually be in your office at 10 p.m.
