Cleaning since 2012
Someone on the floor, all day
A nightly clean resets the office. A day porter keeps it there. Coffee spills, a conference room that just emptied, the restroom at 2 p.m., the kitchen after lunch: a porter handles all of it in real time, so the space never slides between nightly visits.
It is the right fit for high-traffic offices, coworking floors, and any workplace where clients walk in unannounced. Most of our day porter clients pair it with nightly cleaning and stop thinking about either one.
What a day porter handles
Your porter works from a schedule we build together during the walk-through, then adjusts to whatever the day throws at the office.
Kitchen & pantry
Counters wiped, dishwasher run, coffee station restocked, fridge kept civilized.
Restroom checks
Scheduled rounds through the day: restocked, wiped down, and never the reason for a complaint.
Meeting room turnover
Rooms reset between bookings, whiteboards cleared, chairs squared, glass wiped.
Lobby & reception
The first thing visitors see, kept clean, dry, and presentable in every kind of weather.
Supply management
Paper, soap, and pantry stock tracked and reordered before anyone notices they are out.
Spills & surprises
Handled on the spot, whether it is a coffee on the wood floor or a catering setup that got away.
High-touch surfaces, hit again during the day
Nightly cleaning is a great start. A porter wipes the surfaces everyone touches again mid-day, when the office is actually full. Door handles, elevator buttons, shared tables, and pantry handles get a second pass.
Porters can also cover client events, catering setups, and package rooms. See all nine services ›
Why busy offices add a porter
No mid-day slide
An office that looks great at 9 and rough by 3 is not clean. A porter holds the standard through the day.
Walk-in ready
Clients, candidates, and investors show up when they show up. The lobby and the conference room are always ready.
Restrooms, handled
The single biggest source of office complaints, checked on a schedule instead of on a hope.
Your team stays your team
Nobody on payroll is running the dishwasher or chasing paper towels. That is the porter's job now.
A familiar face on the floor, keeping the office ready while your team works.
A porter your office actually knows
Because Breezy porters are W-2 employees, the same person shows up day after day. They learn your office's rhythm, the way you like the pantry stocked, and which conference room the partners use, then keep it that way.
- W-2 porters we hire, train, and keep
- A familiar face your team recognizes, not a temp
- Trained on your building's rules and your office's quirks
- Fully insured, with a COI to your building on request
- One number to call, and a real person answers
Day porter pricing in NYC
Porter service is billed by the hour, four to eight hours a day per cleaner. The walk-through sets the schedule and the exact rate, and that is what you pay. No surprise line items.
Ranges assume a five-day week and one porter; 4 hours a day is the minimum, 8 the maximum per cleaner. Supplies are billed at cost, never marked up. These are starting ranges, not quotes. Get an instant estimate or book a free walk-through for an exact, hours-based quote.
What onboarding looks like
From the walk-through to the first check-in, here is how a new account starts. Most offices go from first call to first visit in about a week.
- Day 1
Walk-through and quote
We walk your space with you, listen to what matters, and build the checklist. You get an hours-based quote, usually within a business day.
- Days 2 to 4
Building paperwork
COI to your building or landlord, vendor onboarding, badging, keys or access codes, and the freight and after-hours windows your building requires.
- First visit
The crew lead walks it with you
Your crew lead is on site for the first visit, working from the checklist you approved. Same faces from then on.
- End of week one
Check-in and adjustments
A quick call or walk to confirm the scope is right. Anything that needs changing is changed on the next visit.

Day Porter FAQ
What is the difference between a day porter and nightly cleaning?
Nightly cleaning is the full reset after everyone leaves. A day porter is on site during business hours keeping the office in shape in real time: kitchen, restrooms, meeting rooms, lobby, spills. Most clients run both.
Is there a minimum?
Four hours a day. Many offices start with a half day over lunch and the afternoon, then expand as the team grows.
Will the porter be the same person each day?
That is the aim, and it is how we staff. Porters are W-2 employees, so the person you meet on day one is very likely the person you see in month six.
Can a porter handle client events and catering?
Yes. Setup, mid-event resets, and cleanup are all in scope. Tell us the calendar and we build it into the schedule.
Are you insured, and can you send a COI?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request. Ask and it goes out fast, usually within a business day or two.
How soon can a porter start?
Usually within a week of the walk-through. Tell us your timeline and we will work to it.
