Careful is the whole job
A creative office is a working space and a presentation space at the same time. The floors are original, the furniture was chosen, and the stuff on the tables is the work. It needs to be clean without being touched, and reset without being rearranged.
Breezy has cleaned studios and agencies in cast-iron SoHo buildings and Chelsea gallery blocks since 2012. Our crews are W-2 employees who learn what the pinned wall is and why the fabric swatches are stacked in that order.
What a careless crew does to a studio.
You have probably seen at least one of these. They are why studios call us.
The moved sample
A swatch stack squared up by a helpful cleaner is a morning of re-sorting. We clean around the work, always.
The wrong product
Generic cleaner on wide-plank oak or a brass fixture leaves marks that do not come out. We match product to finish.
The shoot at 9
A client shoot or a showroom visit needs the space detailed the night before, on a date that moves. Ours moves with it.
Freight and landmarks
Old buildings have freight elevators with opinions. Our crews know the schedules and the super.
A night in the studio.
Same crew, same order, and a note from you if something changed.
Walk the floor
Check the day's notes: the shoot area, the pinned wall, anything marked do not touch.
Kitchen and lounge
The social heart of a studio, reset first: counters, fridge, sofas, pillows.
Work tables and desks
Trash and surfaces, cleaned around every sample, sketch, and screen.
Floors, glass, restrooms
Wood floors with the right product, glass detailed, restrooms done, lock-up.
The studio scope
Built during the walk-through with a list of what never gets touched. Adjusted around shoots and shows.
Work tables & desks
Cleaned around the work. Samples, sketches, and prototypes stay exactly where they are.
Original floors
Wide-plank wood, concrete, and tile cleaned with finish-matched product.
Lounge & showroom
Seating squared, pillows back, surfaces dust-free for whoever walks in.
Windows & skylights
The light is the reason you rent the loft. We keep the glass clear.
Kitchen
Counters, fridge, dishwasher, and the espresso machine everyone touches.
Shoot & show-day resets
Detailed the night before, reset the night after, on whatever date the client picks.
Another floor in our building had enthusiastically recommended Breezy. After meeting with several other companies, we felt that Breezy was the right fit.

Creative Studios & Agencies: office cleaning FAQ
Will you move anything on our tables?
No. Work surfaces are cleaned around what is on them. If something is marked do not touch, it is not touched. If a table is too covered to clean, we skip it and leave a note.
What products do you use on original wood floors?
pH-neutral cleaners matched to the finish, never all-purpose product. We ask about the floor during the walk-through and test a corner before the first clean.
Can you reset the space before a client shoot?
Yes. Tell us the date and we schedule a detail the night before and a reset after. Dates move, and so do we.
Our building has a tricky freight elevator. Is that a problem?
No. Our crews work in cast-iron and landmark buildings across SoHo and Chelsea every night. We learn your building's schedule and your super's name.
Can you send a COI to our building?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request, usually within a business day or two.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. That is why a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers, and why we can be accountable for what happens in your space.
