Do I have to pick one service?
No. Most offices start with nightly cleaning and add what they need: a day porter, a quarterly deep clean, glass detailing. One walk-through covers all of it and one crew runs it.
Is everything priced by the hour?
Yes. Every service on this page is quoted in crew hours from a walk-through, and supplies are billed at cost. The one-time jobs (deep clean, move-in, post-construction, events) are quoted the same way, per visit.
Can you start with just one visit?
Yes. Deep cleans, move-in cleans, post-construction, and event resets are all available as one-time jobs. Many nightly accounts started that way.
Who does the work?
Breezy W-2 employees, every service. We do not subcontract carpet, windows, or anything else you see here. Exterior window work above ground level is not something we offer.
