Who We Serve · Wellness & Fitness
Cleaning for studios where clean is not optional.
Yoga, pilates, strength, recovery, and wellness studios live and die on how the room feels barefoot at 6 a.m. Breezy cleans studio floors, mats, equipment, and locker rooms across Manhattan and Brooklyn, overnight, with a crew that knows the difference between a floor and a studio floor.
- Before the 6 a.m. class
- Floor-safe, residue-free product
- Locker rooms, every night
- W-2 crews since 2012
Barefoot clean, every morning
A studio is the one workplace where the client touches the floor with their skin. Sweat, chalk, oils, and a hundred pairs of feet a day make studio cleaning closer to healthcare than to office work, and it has to happen in the few hours between the last class and the first.
Breezy cleans wellness and fitness studios overnight with floor-safe, residue-free product, a mat and equipment routine built with you at the walk-through, and a locker room standard your members will notice. Same W-2 crew every night, so nobody re-learns the room.
What members notice first.
Studio owners hear about these before they see them. We handle them before anyone does.
The floor at 6 a.m.
Sticky, dusty, or smelling of yesterday. Members feel it before they see it. Our floors are cleaned with a product that leaves nothing behind.
Mats and props
Shared mats, blocks, and straps are the highest-touch items in the building. They get wiped down nightly, and disinfected on the schedule you set.
The locker room
Showers, benches, and drains cleaned every night, because one bad locker room ends a membership.
The gap between classes
Seven classes a day, fifteen minutes between. A day porter keeps restrooms and the front desk ready while the schedule runs.
A night in a studio.
From the last class out to the first class in.
Studio floors
Dry mop, then wet clean with floor-safe product. Left to dry fully.
Mats, props, equipment
Every shared mat, block, strap, bench, and handle wiped down, high-touch first.

Front desk, lobby, lock-up
Retail shelf dusted, desk squared, lights, alarm, and the log.
The studio scope
Built for skin-contact spaces and adjusted to your class schedule.

Wellness & Fitness Studios: office cleaning FAQ
Are your products safe for bare feet and skin contact?
Yes. We use EPA-registered disinfectants chosen for studio floors and mats, applied to dwell time and left residue-free. Product sheets are available for your members or staff.
Can you clean between the last class and the first?
That is the standard studio schedule. Tell us when the last class ends and when the first begins, and the crew works inside that window.
Do you disinfect mats and props?
Shared mats, blocks, straps, and equipment handles are wiped down every night. Scheduled disinfection with an EPA-registered, floor-safe product is available as an add-on; most studios run it weekly or monthly.
Can you cover the locker rooms during the day?
Yes. A day porter can run restroom and locker room rounds between classes with a four-hour minimum.
Can you send a COI to our building?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request, usually within a business day or two.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. That is why a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers, and why we can be accountable for what happens in your space.
Worth reading before you book
Guides from the Breezy team on what the work covers, what it costs, and how to get it right in a NYC office.

Regular cleaning vs deep cleaning: what each one covers.
Nightly cleaning is maintenance. A deep clean is a reset. Offices that confuse the two end up paying for the wrong one.

What employees notice first about a clean office.
Hint: it is not the floors. A cleaning plan built around what people actually see gets more credit for less money.

The office cleaning checklist you can hand any crew.
Nightly, weekly, and quarterly, room by room. Print it, tape it inside the supply closet, and stop wondering whether the kitchen floor was on the list.
