Can your crews pass a background check?
Yes. Breezy cleaners are W-2 employees who go through our own screening before they are hired. We will complete your firm's vendor onboarding, including background checks and NDAs, before anyone enters your space.
Will you touch our monitors or equipment?
No. Screens, keyboards, and equipment are never touched unless you ask us to include them, and then only with electronics-safe product and your desk map in hand.
How do you handle keys, alarms, and after-hours access?
Keys and fobs are logged and held by the crew lead. Alarm codes are stored in our system, not on paper, and only your assigned crew has them. We follow your building's after-hours sign-in rules and can work with your security desk directly.
Can you handle pantry restocking?
Yes. A day porter keeps the pantry stocked, wiped, and presentable through the day, and the nightly crew resets it. We can order supplies on your behalf and bill at cost.
Can you send a COI to our building?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request, usually within a business day or two.
Are your cleaners employees or contractors?
Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. That is why a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers, and why we can be accountable for what happens in your space.
