Do you clean exterior windows?
No. We clean the inside of the glass. Exterior work above ground level takes rigging and a licensed exterior contractor, which your building usually already has under contract.
How often should office windows be cleaned?
Interior glass monthly if you have glass partitions used as whiteboards, quarterly otherwise. Pre-event detailing is popular before investor days and client visits.
Will you leave streaks?
No. Our crews use professional squeegee technique and microfiber, and they detail frames and sills. If a pane is not right, we come back.
Can glass detailing be part of nightly cleaning?
Yes. Partitions and doors are already in most nightly scopes. A full interior window detail can be added monthly or quarterly.
Are you insured, and can you send a COI?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request. Ask and it goes out fast, usually within a business day or two.
