Nightly clients get a preferred rate on quarterly deep cleans. Carpet extraction and window detailing are quoted separately.

Are you insured, and can you send a COI?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request. Ask and it goes out fast, usually within a business day or two.
