A clean loft-style tech office with exposed brick, long shared desks, and phone booths

Who We Serve · Tech & Startups

Office cleaning for tech offices that change every month.

Open plans, a snack wall, twelve phone booths, a dog, and a headcount that doubled since the walk-through. Breezy cleans tech offices across Manhattan and Brooklyn with a scope that scales, a crew that adapts, and a bill that is just hours times a rate.

  • Scales with headcount
  • Snack wall, handled
  • Hours-based pricing
  • W-2 crews since 2012
Who this is for

An office that moves fast needs a crew that keeps up

Tech offices are the hardest to clean well because they never stop changing. New desks appear. The kitchen becomes a second kitchen. Someone puts a ping-pong table where the storage was. A cleaning contract written for the space you had in January is useless by June.

Breezy prices by the hour, so when your office grows the plan grows with it, and when you sublease half a floor it shrinks. Our crews are W-2 employees who learn the space as it changes instead of cleaning it like it is still the floor plan on the lease.

What goes wrong

Why tech offices fire their cleaners.

We have taken over a lot of tech offices from a lot of cleaning companies. The reasons repeat.

01

The kitchen

Open kitchens with a snack wall, two fridges, and forty people using them are a nightly reset job, not a wipe-down.

02

The scope froze

The contract was written for 30 people. There are 80 now. The crew still cleans for 30.

03

The Friday party

Beer cart at 5, all-hands at 6, Monday at 8. Somebody has to make that work.

04

Phone booths and nooks

Twelve small rooms nobody owns and everybody uses. They get skipped unless they are on the list. Ours are.

How we clean it

A night in a startup.

Flexible in scope, fixed in rhythm.

7:00 PM

Kitchen and snack wall

The heaviest job first: counters, fridges, dishwasher, snack wall squared, floor mopped.

8:00 PM

Open plan and desks

Trash, surfaces, shared tables, and the phone booths, every one.

9:00 PM

Lounge and meeting rooms

Sofas squared, pillows back, glass wiped, whiteboards left alone.

9:45 PM

Restrooms and floors

Restrooms sanitized and restocked, wood floors done, lights, lock-up.

Questions

Tech & Startups: office cleaning FAQ

We are growing fast. Can the plan change?

That is the whole point of hours-based pricing. When headcount or square footage changes, the hours change and so does the bill. Tell us, and the plan moves the same week.

Do you clean around laptops, cables, and monitors?

Yes. Desks are wiped around equipment, never through it. Screens and keyboards are only cleaned if you ask, with electronics-safe product.

Can you handle our Friday events?

Yes. Tell us the calendar and we build the reset in. Recurring events get a preferred rate.

We have a dog in the office. Is that a problem?

No. Tell us where the dog's things are and we clean around them, and pay extra attention to the floors.

Can you send a COI to our building?

Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request, usually within a business day or two.

Are your cleaners employees or contractors?

Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. That is why a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers, and why we can be accountable for what happens in your space.
