The Overview

The event ends. The office is back by morning.

Client events are the moments an office is judged hardest. Glass, restrooms, the lobby, the room itself. We detail everything the afternoon before, staff a porter during the event if you want one, and send a crew in afterward to reset the space so Monday looks like Monday.

For offices that host regularly, we build event support into the nightly plan so a launch or a board meeting is just another line on the calendar.

What's Included

What event cleaning covers

Tell us the room, the headcount, and the timeline. We build the plan around it.

Pre-event detail

Glass, floors, restrooms, and the event space detailed the afternoon before guests arrive.

Porter during the event

Restrooms checked, trash pulled, spills handled quietly while the room stays full.

Post-event reset

Catering cleared, floors cleaned, furniture back where it lives, trash and recycling out.

Room turnover

Board room to reception to board room again, on the timeline you give us.

Kitchen & catering cleanup

Caterer gone, dishes handled, fridge cleared, counters disinfected.

Late-night and weekend crews

Whatever hour the event ends, a crew is scheduled for the reset.

Friday night to Monday morning

The most common request we get: the office hosted something Friday, and it needs to look untouched Monday at 8. That is a reset crew Friday night or Saturday, floors and glass detailed, seating squared, and a disinfection pass across everything people touched.

Recurring hosts get event support built into their nightly plan at a preferred rate. See all nine services ›

Why It Matters

Why event cleaning is worth booking

01

Your team is not the cleanup crew

The people who planned the event should not be pulling trash at 11 p.m. in their good shoes.

02

Guests notice restrooms

A porter on restroom rounds during a 200-person event is the difference between a good night and a complaint.

03

Monday is a workday

The reset happens overnight or over the weekend, so nobody walks into leftover catering.

04

One vendor fewer

Your caterer, your AV, your florist, and one cleaning company that already knows the office.

Detailed before. Handled during. Reset by morning.

The Breezy Difference

A crew that already knows where everything goes

When Breezy cleans your office nightly, the event reset is done by people who know which sofa lives where, how the conference table breaks down, and what the building's freight rules are after 10 p.m. That is the difference between reset and roughly reset.

  • W-2 crews, the same people who clean your office nightly
  • Scheduled to your event timeline, including late nights and weekends
  • Porter support during the event on request
  • Fully insured, with a COI to your building on request
  • Built into your nightly plan if you host often

What It Costs

Event cleaning pricing in NYC

Quoted in crew hours from the event plan. A typical office event needs a pre-event detail, a post-event reset, and optionally a porter on site, each billed at our standard hourly rate.

Pre-event detail Event space, glass, restrooms, about 2 to 4 crew hrs $60–$160 per event
Most events Post-event reset Full reset by morning, about 3 to 8 crew hrs $90–$310 per event
Porter during the event On site, 4 hr minimum $120–$155 per 4 hrs

Ranges are for offices under 15,000 square feet. Nightly clients get a preferred event rate. These are starting ranges, not quotes. Get an instant estimate or book a free walk-through for an exact, hours-based quote.

Your First Week

What onboarding looks like

From the walk-through to the first check-in, here is how a new account starts. Most offices go from first call to first visit in about a week.

  1. Day 1

    Walk-through and quote

We walk your space with you, listen to what matters, and build the checklist. You get an hours-based quote, usually within a business day.

  2. Days 2 to 4

    Building paperwork

COI to your building or landlord, vendor onboarding, badging, keys or access codes, and the freight and after-hours windows your building requires.

  3. First visit

The crew lead walks it with you

Your crew lead is on site for the first visit, working from the checklist you approved. Same faces from then on.

  4. End of week one

    Check-in and adjustments

A quick call or walk to confirm the scope is right. Anything that needs changing is changed on the next visit.

Questions

Event & After-Hours FAQ

How much notice do you need for an event?

A few days for existing clients, about a week for new ones. Holiday season fills early, so book December in November.

Can a porter stay during the event?

Yes. A porter handles restroom rounds, trash, and spills quietly while the event runs, with a four-hour minimum.

Do you handle the catering cleanup?

Yes. Once the caterer is out, we clear what is left, handle dishes and the fridge, and disinfect the kitchen and counters.

Can the office be reset the same night?

Usually. Tell us when the event ends and we schedule the crew for that night or first thing the next morning, whichever gets the office ready first.

Are you insured, and can you send a COI?

Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request. Ask and it goes out fast, usually within a business day or two.

Are your cleaners employees or contractors?

Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. We are one of the only W-2 office cleaning companies in New York, and it is the reason a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers.
