Two Breezy cleaners arriving through a Midtown tower lobby with cart and supplies

Who We Serve · Law Firms

Office cleaning for law firms that notice everything.

Partners read a conference room in two seconds. Clients read it in one. Breezy keeps Manhattan and Brooklyn law offices consistently ready, with a familiar W-2 crew that understands discretion, keyed access, and the difference between tidy and correct.

  • Confidentiality built in
  • Keyed and alarmed
  • COI on file
  • W-2 crews since 2012
Who this is for

Cleaning a law office is mostly about restraint

Files stay where they are. Desks are wiped around, not through. The conference table gets detailed and the war room does not get touched. A law firm needs a crew that knows the rules before they walk in, and then keeps showing up so the rules never have to be re-taught.

Breezy has cleaned law offices from Tribeca to Midtown since 2012. Our crews are W-2 employees who stay with us, which means the people in your office on Monday are the people who know your office by Friday.

What goes wrong

What goes wrong with the wrong cleaning company.

Every law office manager has a version of these stories. They are the reason firms switch to Breezy.

01

A different face every night

Rotating crews mean re-explaining the file room rules every week, and a stranger with the alarm code.

02

The moved file

One stack shifted to wipe a desk is a morning lost. Our crews clean around work in progress, always.

03

The conference room at 7:55

Fingerprints on the glass, a cup from yesterday, chairs askew. It is the first thing the client sees.

04

Nobody to call

When something is wrong, a subcontracted crew has no one accountable. Breezy has one number and a real person on it.

How we clean it

A night in a law office.

The rhythm is the same every visit. That is the point.

7:30 PM

Sign in and sweep

Crew signs in at the desk, checks the alarm, and walks the floor for anything out of the ordinary.

7:45 PM

Conference rooms first

Glass, tables, chairs, and AV surfaces detailed while the rooms are empty.

8:30 PM

Offices and workstations

Trash, surfaces, and high-touch points, cleaned around every file and every stack.

10:00 PM

Restrooms, pantry, lock-up

Restrooms sanitized and restocked, pantry reset, lights, alarm, and the log signed.

Offices & workstations

Trash, surfaces, and high-touch points, with desks wiped around papers.

Reception & lobby

The first impression, kept clean, dry, and quiet in every kind of weather.

Restrooms

Sanitized top to bottom and restocked every visit, checked again by a day porter if you run one.

Pantry & kitchen

Counters, appliances, dishwasher, and the fridge kept civilized for the late nights.

My director and I carefully reviewed six different cleaning companies, and Breezy Cleaning quickly stood out. Choosing them was absolutely the right decision.

Questions

Law Firms: office cleaning FAQ

Can your crew sign a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. Our crews are W-2 employees, so we can sign your NDA on their behalf and hold them to it. Many of our law firm clients require this and it is routine for us.

How do you handle keys, alarms, and after-hours access?

Keys and fobs are logged and held by the crew lead. Alarm codes are stored in our system, not on paper, and only your assigned crew has them. We follow your building's after-hours sign-in rules and can work with your security desk directly.

Do you clean around documents on desks?

Always. The rule is cleaned around, never through. Papers, files, and anything on a desk stay exactly where they were. If a desk is too covered to clean, we skip it and note it.

Can you clean during the day instead?

Yes. Some firms prefer a day porter for conference rooms and restrooms with a lighter nightly clean. We build the schedule around how your office actually runs.

Can you send a COI to our building?

Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp, and we send a Certificate of Insurance to your building or office manager on request, usually within a business day or two.

Are your cleaners employees or contractors?

Employees. Every Breezy cleaner is a W-2 hire we train, insure, and keep. That is why a familiar crew shows up instead of a rotating cast of strangers, and why we can be accountable for what happens in your space.
