Free TemplateFree checklist

The office cleaning checklist you can hand any crew.

Nightly, weekly, and quarterly, room by room. Print it, tape it inside the supply closet, and stop wondering whether the kitchen floor was on the list.

A printed cleaning checklist on a desk with a pen and clips

This is the checklist we build every Breezy account from, minus the parts that are specific to your office. It is free, it does not ask for your email, and it works with any cleaning crew. If your current company cannot tick most of it, you have learned something for the price of a printout.

How to use it. Hand it to your crew lead and ask which items are in your contract. Anything not in the contract is either an add-on or a gap. Both are worth knowing about before your next walk-in at 8 a.m.

What this list will not do

It will not tell you how many hours your office takes, because that depends on the space, the traffic, and the number of people who think the kitchen sink is a dishwasher. That is what a walk-through is for. Ours are free, take fifteen minutes, and end with an exact hours-based quote. The checklist is yours either way.

Questions

Questions people ask about this

Is the office cleaning checklist free?

Yes. Print it, hand it to any crew, and use it whether Breezy cleans your office or not. No email required.

How should I use a cleaning checklist with my cleaning company?

Agree on it before the first night, post it in the supply closet, and walk it together once a month. A checklist only works when both sides have read it.

What is the difference between nightly, weekly, and quarterly tasks?

Nightly is what a day of use leaves behind. Weekly is the reach work that builds up slowly, like the fridge and glass. Quarterly is the deep clean: vents, baseboards, extraction, and everything behind the furniture.
